This project is a 6000 sq meter Commercial property, In need of a major facelift for its new tennents,

The building was previously used by Unicare, It was in reasonable condition but needed a good freshen up,

there was some  minor brickwork defects leaking roofs and gutters  all what you would expect for a building of this age.

The portacabins in this view were used as additional offices, these had to be removed and disposed of,

all the electrics and plumbing had to be cut back, terminated or re conncted to the main circuits.
